Eurofocus was founded in 1991 and is headed up by Dr. Oliver Schwabe,
who has been involved in organizational change management with
special focus on the interactions of people, processes,
organizations, and technology since 1982. He has designed,
developed, and delivered a wide range of empowerment projects and
advisory services for companies ranging from
SMEs to Fortune 500 companies world-wide.
Professionally Oliver basically functions as a "midwife", helping
organizations develop into the Knowledge Economy and master the
pains of transition based upon the principles of systems thinking,
complexity science and knowledge management.
Oliver manages a small core team of employees and proactively
facilitates global communities for a number of partners.
Academically, he has gained via distance learning a D.B.A. with a
focus on Online Communities and Knowledge Management, a Master of
Science with a focus on Organizational Development, Strategic
Management and Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Human
Resources Management. He is dedicated to life-time learning and
continuously furthering his academic qualifications.
Oliver is Professor for Innovation and Technology at Jones
International University (USA) and also teaches at the Open
University Business School (UK).

Christine J. Gassen |

Christine has been with Eurofocus since 2003 and is responsible
for all financial management activities associated with the
company. She brings with her significant experience in banking,
financial accounting, and business planning. As a qualified
financial and legal specialist she ensures solid risk management
within a complicated business structure.

Judith McCrory |
 |
Judith joined Eurofocus in 2005 and brings with her extensive
experience with full life-cycle implementation of data bases in
different countries across the globe. With a thorough
understanding of process analysis, risk analysis and contingency
planning, and documentation according to ISO standards she adds
expert knowledge to project management capabilities. Judith is
an Open University MBA, Certified Knowledge Manager (SKA),
Certified ValueNet WorksTM
Practitioner, and a Certified KEN Practitioner.

Senior Technical Architect
Stephan joined Eurofocus in 2005 and brings with him extensive
experience in the scope, design, development and implementation
of cutting edge technical solutions in various industrial
environments. With an emphasis on interface design and intranet
development, he supports all internal software development
efforts and actively supports clients in creating IT solutions
that transfer knowledge into bottom line impact across the
organization.
