Our proprietary "Enterprise Alignment Methodology" is based on the newest insights in the field of organizational development and supports senior leaders as they steer their enterprises in increasingly complex environments.

4. Development of effective tangible and intangible asset measurement and management approaches - based on the Intangible Assets monitor and related tools by Karl-Erik Sveiby (www.sveiby.com).

5. Creation/Implementation of a management system for getting the most out of ALL enterprise assets in a network context.

6. Exploration of ALL enterprise assets for hidden value.

7. Optimization of stakeholder communication.

8. More exact evaluation of enterprise value.
